These Terms govern your use of Endai — a ride-hailing and courier marketplace operating in Zimbabwe — through our app and website (endai.railscloud.co). By creating an account or using Endai, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Endai.
Endai is for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to create an account, request or provide rides, or send or receive parcels. When you sign up we ask for your date of birth and block accounts that don't meet the 18+ requirement from booking. Endai is not directed to, and not intended for, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend or remove it.
Endai involves real-world interactions between adults — meeting drivers, travelling in private vehicles, sharing your location, and handling cash — which is why it is rated for adults (18+).
Endai is a marketplace that connects riders and senders with independent drivers. You name a price within a fair range; nearby drivers accept or make a single counter-offer. Endai facilitates these connections and the agreed price; Endai is not a transport carrier and does not itself provide transportation or delivery. Drivers are independent and responsible for their own vehicles, licensing, and conduct.
During launch, fares and deliveries are paid in cash directly to the driver at the agreed price. Mobile-money and in-app wallet payments may be introduced later and will be governed by additional terms at that time. Endai does not currently take a commission on cash fares; drivers pay a flat pass to operate on the platform.
Every trip carries a pickup code, drivers are ID-verified, and you can share your live trip with someone you trust. In an emergency, contact the police. Endai facilitates connections but cannot guarantee the conduct of any user.
Don't use Endai to break the law, harass or endanger others, defraud, misuse the platform, attempt to bypass safety or payment features, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Endai is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endai is a marketplace and is not liable for the acts, omissions, conduct, or vehicles of independent drivers or other users, or for the condition or delivery of parcels. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time (in the app, or at endai.railscloud.co/delete-account).
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
